IntroductionThis is an apprentice internship for a Master or Bachelor student with a background in either Communication studies or related, or in Organization psychology, Human Resource Management or Facility Management. Job MissionYou will be part of the Corporate Real Estate Workplace Services team, whose mission it is to enable ASML employees to excel by giving them the workspaces and tools they need to do their best job.
We develop and implement new and innovative workplace concepts and while completely transforming our campus in Veldhoven. Job DescriptionYou will develop and deploy -global as well as local- change and communications initiatives related to our workplace concepts and real estate projects. Your tasks will be:
- Further develop and deploy our change management and communications toolkits.
- Initiate improvements on our communications approach.
- Drive change and communications initiatives for Veldhoven-based workplace projects.
- Content management for our intranet pages.
- Employee activation and Community Management for Campus transformation topics.EducationYou are a bachelor or master student, either in Communication studies or related or in Organization Psychology, Human Resources or Facility Management with strong affinity with change management and communications. You are independent and a creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit. You have good communication (writing) skills in English and a focus on getting things done.
This is an apprentice internship for a minimum of 6 months, for 4 or 5 days per week. The start date will be as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.Other informationWhat ASML offers
