You will focus in particular on the business benefits of our new business enterprise system, a multi-year and global initiative that is setting the foundation to take our company through the next decades. You will work alongside the executive team that is leading the initiative and ensure cross sector identification and achievement of the business improvements.Job Description-Partner with and challenge the Benefit Manager to achieve the short term and long term objectives of the project
-Establish common approach to definition of financial benefits
-Develop estimates of benefits based on inputs from sectors
-Identify (business and financial) risks and opportunities
-Review with Sector controllers to align
-Consolidate and control overall program cost
-Consolidate business cases
-Assess consistency across benefit estimates (e.g. avoid duplications)
-Drive inclusion in our short and long term planning cycle
-Monitor financial progress
-This position will interface with the project Executive team, with Business Controllers in Sectors and Business Line, with the wider Finance organization and with business leaders in all areas affected by this project EducationUndergraduate in Business and Economics or equivalent, plus
Master in Business Administration or equivalent, or
Recognized professional controller qualification (i.e. RC) or accountancy qualification (i.e. RA)
Fluent in English and at least one additional European languageExperienceTo qualify for this challenging position, you need:
At least 10 years in Finance roles, in mid- to large-size international industrial companies, preferably in complex technology businesses.
Track record in finance control and business control at business unit, divisional or group level. Familiar with budget processes; direct involvement in providing financial analytical and risk assessment support in large scale projects.Personal skillsTeam worker

Skilled in use of MS Office tools Context of the positionYou will be supported by the Financial Corporate Control team. Your position has high visibility within and outside the Finance organization. The Corporate Sectors Business Control team consists of two experienced Business Controllers and a Senior Business Controller leading it, and reports to the Head of R&D and SG&A Business Control, PMO and D&E Strategy Office.The ASML Finance Mission Statement is: add value to ASML by supporting our companys business and driving financial performance on a world class level. To achieve this, we will:
-Act as a recognized business partner by supporting decisions on all levels by guiding on and deploying of cross sector, operational measures and processes;
-Protect the business by securing corporate governance, integrity and risk mitigation;
-Realize cost effective transactional and financial processes on a global scale;
-Maintain a learning environment where people can grow and challenge each other with high commitment, the right flexibility and continuous improvement in mind.
Undergraduate in Business and Economics or equivalent, plus
Master in Business Administration or equivalent, or
Recognized professional controller qualification (i.e. RC) or accountancy qualification (i.e. RA)
