Introduction
You are a Bachelor student in Business Administration, Communication or Organization studies or similar and have excellent skills in Office Programs.

Job Description
Analyze and set up the functionality of the detection tool to improve audit process for Travel & Expenses. This will be implemented and needs to be analyzed and adjusted to fit our customers ( traveling employees) needs. Additionality our corporate policy needs to be incorporated. On a daily base the audit outcome needs to be verified and aligned. In addition a communication plan needs to be set up to better target our audience and to lower the number of emails/calls with employee questions.
Education
- You are a Bachelor student in Business Administration, Communication or Organization studies or similar.
- You are pro-active, a real team player, you have good communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus.
- You have excellent skills in Office programs, Sharepoint experience is a plus.
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
