Introduction
You are a Bachelor student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Operations Management looking for an apprentice internship.
Job Mission Within BL MPS DO Refurb Operations (Business Line Mature Products and Services Delivery Operations Refurb Operations) we manage and execute refurbs and conversions of older platforms. We have activities on 3 continents, and have a high level of dynamics as every refurb or conversion is a project on its own.
We envision the following for the assignment:
•Process/organization mapping
a.Incl. recommendations
b.Incl. set-up of MPS DO Refurb SharePoint
Job DescriptionInvestigate and map input on the various steps of our process, specifically focusing on the defined milestones (and timings) related to our project management process.
Also the process mapping of the different teams within MPS DO Refurb Operations is part of the assignment, where you will use the input from the various team members /responsible persons to draft the processes and process steps in a uniform (and ASML agreed) format.
We expect (if possible) also a recommendations overview based on your analyses and period within MPS DO Refurb.
Closely co-work with the other intern (Business informatics).
You will also help in developing our departments Share Point site, structuring this after consulting and gather requirements from the team/stakeholders
EducationBachelor student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Operations Management.
You are pragmatic, have an open personality, are a quick learner, process thinker, able to translate complexity into user friendly and workable operations management process.
Knowledge of SAP and SharePoint is a plus.
This is an apprentice internship with a duration of 5-8 months for 4-5 days per week.
Desired start date: ASAP
Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
